We truly had a wonderful stay at Bay Palace. The staff were very friendly, especially Claudia, who created a welcoming atmosphere. The pool is fantastic, and the hotel offers an incredible view of the bay. The location is good, with close proximity to Isola Bella and the cable car to Taormina. There are also several beach clubs nearby, but we found the serene area around the pool to be more than sufficient, with plenty of sunbeds (the photos don't do it justice – it's much nicer in reality). For future travelers, it's worth noting that the hotel recently changed ownership after being closed for a couple of years, so only consider reviews from 2024 onward.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The location is good: only a few minutes walk to the beach. The cable car to Taormina is also walking distance. We took a family room, which was nice. The terrace was great, part covered in shade and partially sun. There are a few good restaurants and little grocery shop close by.

Fantastic pool with diving board overlooking the sea with stunning views. On the beach below was the most amazing and unexpected snorkeling areas with so many different colourful fish. Our room had been upgraded to one with a stunning sea view, and a balcony. The breakfast was reasonable, but we probably arrived towards the end.

We had a very good time. The staff are attentive, professional and super friendly. Thank you very much to Claudia, Ivan and Nicola!! The view is wonderful everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast is delicious! This place is a very good base to Taormina and to beach. Very close to cable car to Taormina and minutes walk to beach. They arranged transport to Lido, which was nice and relaxing. We look forward to going back again!

The location was excellent. Both Mazzaro and Isola Bella beaches were just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient for beach lovers. The cable car was also only 5 minutes from the hotel, providing easy access to Taormina city center. Inside, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to budget-friendly stay in the area.

The sea view is stunning. The pool is a decent size, also with a stunning sea view. Tiziano, the poolside bar man was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The reception team were all so very helpful. The location was good, being just a 10 minute walk from the local bars and restaurants, and also the cable car which takes you into Taormina old town which is so beautiful. You can access the beach from this area too.

The attentive staff at this hotel made our stay very enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, responding even late at night around 11-12 PM to assist and provide recommendations. We greatly appreciated their dedication. The view from our room was stunning, and the balcony was a fantastic place to relax. However, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and parking could be a bit tricky. It's essential to reserve parking in advance, and the entry and exit are not the easiest to navigate. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was positive.

Close to the cable car for Taormina, really helpful staff and parking available. The breakfast was good value and the pool was lovely. Near to the beach and to restaurants and a pharmacy!
